Associate Brand Manager

The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for maintaining consistency in brand appearance and execution of Stella Rosa. With an eye for detail, this dynamic team member will support the Senior Brand Manager with content development, social media management, competitive insights, and strategic brand campaigns. The Associate Brand Manager is passionate about not only Stella Rosa but also finding new ways to creatively engage with both current and prospective consumers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Current duties may be changed if job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.
• Ideate, create, and manage creative content for all social media platforms, upholding brand identity.
• Leverage social marketing platform, Sprout, strategically to maintain all Stella Rosa social media content calendars.
• Develop KPIs for all social media campaigns and track performance accordingly.
• Execute social community management, responding to consumer comments and questions in the brand tone of voice. Continually nourish a positive and growing social following.
• Update and manage all brand-related assets on Brandfolder.
• Pull weekly sales, social, and digital reports, analyzing data while also providing actionable insights to improve performance.
• Participate in regular strategy and brand team meetings, contributing creative ideas to improve sales and brand engagement.
• Coordinate and plan social media shoots, developing mood boards, shot lists. Efficiently manage communications with talent and set locations.
• Provide weekly competitive insight reports, analyzing industry trends while providing creative suggestions.
• Work collaboratively with digital media team, providing regular updates for strategic geotargeting.
• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with influencers that align with brand values and initiatives.
• Prepare monthly content and ad calendars.
• Manage all social media ads across Facebook and Instagram.
• Research innovative ways to increase brand engagement on social media.
• Manage and inspire agency partners.

• A four-year college degree and/or equivalent work experience enabling the incumbent to perform job responsibilities as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of social media or marketing coordinator experience.
• Passion for marketing, with a pulse on social and industry trends.
• Eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Ability to shoot and edit content for social media platforms.
• Analytical, able to interpret data for actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain and develop relationships with all types of stakeholders ranging from sales team representatives to agency partners.
• Exceptional organizational skills, efficiently managing all timelines and projects.
• Ability to have fluent knowledge of PC, working within Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Sprout, Asana, and any other company software is critical to the success of this position.
• Interpretive skills; must possess the ability to define problems, establish facts and collect data to interpret issues, draw valid conclusions from the data and recommend solutions to each business problem. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of statistical information.

While performing the duties of this job, this role will regularly be required to use their hands and eyes for PC use; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. This role is required to stand; sit; stoop, kneel, crouch; see, taste and smell wine products. The incumbent must be aware that the job involves distribution of alcohol beverages and recognizes that the company in no way encourages excessive or unnecessary drinking of alcoholic beverages while exercising the duties of this job. This role will occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds at a time, the approximate weight of a case of wine.

• Current valid driver’s license
