Brand Ambassador

Riboli Family Wine Estates, founders, and operators of San Antonio Winery in Los Angeles manage the production of its Gold Medal Dry Wines while also producing mega-hit wines such as the Hot Impact Award-Winning Stella Rosa Wines. Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

• Comprehend and understand brand’s message, mission, and goals
  Work with Events and Sponsorship Dept to execute marketing campaigns and strategies
  Educated customers, retailers, and distributor about our products
  Help push sales with in store dry/wet demos
  Building rapport with customers and vendors
  Monitor customer feedback and escalating complaints to the sponsorship & events department
  Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows
  Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops
  Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times

Brand Ambassador Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service environment (1 year minimum)
  Have completed WSET1 course
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
  Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
  Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
  Ability to travel
  Must be punctual and self -motivated
  Professional at all times
  Be able to walk and stand for long periods of times
  Must be available to work Saturday and Sundays
  Must have reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license
  Must be 21 + years old
  Bilingual a plus
