In this in-office, full-time, the Help Desk Technician will work supporting our HQ Los Angeles Office, Tasting Room/Restaurant, Warehouse, and Field employees. Support will involve a variety of capabilities from trouble-shooting computer issues, device deployment, ensuring security standards, assisting with system access, onboarding and offboarding, as well as other assignments. Compensation is competitive and dependent upon experience. ERP/Sage experience is a plus. Onsite support requires in-person support; field reps’ remote support requires high proficiency with IOS devices.
Work in the Los Angeles office, Monday through Friday.
Assist colleagues with a customer service mindset.
Evaluate, prioritize, and provide support for incoming Calls, Helpdesk requests, and in-person requests from employees experiencing technology issues
Minimum of 3 years experience installing, troubleshooting, and/or maintaining software and hardware installations, upgrades, and related activities.
Must be a customer service-focused, self-motivated professional.
Ability to interface effectively with end users and non-technical people.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to quickly learn systems with little or no documentation.
Continuous learning of new systems, business processes, and concepts is a must.
Strong knowledge of the Windows Operating System and Apple
Previous experience with Microsoft Office 365 Portal
Unifi Systems’ experience is a plus.
VoIP setup and maintenance
Knowledge and understanding of operating systems including Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Adobe X.
Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
