Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will support the VP of Marketing and have project management responsibility for the marketing department.


• Assist with the management of key projects for the marketing team as assigned by VP of • Marketing, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects are completed.
• Liaison for direct reports when VP of Marketing is traveling.
• Project Manager for larger national campaigns.
• Works closely and efficiently with multiple marketing department leaders to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately to ensure tasks are completed, communicates any timeline issues to VP of Marketing with solutions.
• Acts as a “barometer”, having a sense for the issues taking place in the marketing department and keeping the VP of Marketing informed.

• Bring creative concepts and new thinking to the marketing team.
• Owner of Brandfolder (asset management site) –ensuring that all content is uploaded, organized, updated and correct. (Trade Marketing)
• Assist with photoshoot logistics and research as assigned. (Brand Management)
• Assist with agency, vendor and photographer research as assigned. (Brand Management)
• Assist with influencer/partner research (Brand Management)
• Support with PR and influencer gifting as assigned. (Communications Team)
• Assist the marketing department with special projects and administrative tasks, as needed.


• Leader and organizer of department cultural activities and team building events.
• Compose, proofread, and edit a wide variety of documents with grammatical accuracy and clear communication of content. (Examples: weekly newsletter, sell sheets, presentations etc.)
• Ensure marketing team expenses (receipts and coding) are submitted, codes as needed (Team Marketing Card and VP Marketing Card Expenses – as needed). (biweekly)
• Assist with onboarding of new hires as needed. Partner with HR and IT to ensure that onboarding is smooth.
• Maintain office supplies and snacks. (monthly)
• Other duties may be assigned.

• A four-year college degree and/or equivalent work experience enabling the incumbent to perform job responsibilities as required
• 3 years of marketing or executive assistant experience.
• Clear and concise written and oral communication skills
• Naturally detail-oriented and meticulous in nature
• Takes initiative; results oriented. Excellent time management and follows through on commitments
• Ability to have fluent knowledge of PC, working within Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel and any other company software is critical to the success of this position.
• Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) Tools – Brandfolder preferred
• Experience using Project Management (PM) tools – Asana preferred
