We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Media Team in our Marketing Department. You’ll be responsible for developing traditional (TV, radio, out-of-home, etc.) and digital (streaming TV and radio, etc.) media strategies for our brands, working closely with Brand Managers, Media Strategist Manager, and Media Director. We need someone who has a very strategic and analytical thought process who also likes to dip their toes in the creative process time-to-time.

This is a full time, in-house position. You must have reliable transportation. You will report to the Media Strategist Manager and Media Director.


  • Traditional Advertising (Billboards, Airports, Flyovers, Vehicle Wraps, Television, Radio, Print) and Digital Advertising (Geofencing, Search/ SEM ads, Streaming Radio, Streaming TV, Display Ads, etc.)
  • Working with Media Team, Brand Team, and Trade Marketing Team to align traditional and digital advertising needs with brand campaigns and sales tactics
  • Requesting and assessing proposals from vendors
  • Identify appropriate locations, audiences, and demos for ads
  • Maintaining calendars and schedules of creative postings and executions and seasonal changes
  • Aligning creative and campaigns with national brand campaigns
  • Planning and coordinating development and production of creative, working with in-house team and appropriate 3rd party partners
  • Assessing final reports to determine ROI, effectiveness
  • Develop campaign pitches based on opportunities that arise
  • Occasional market rides and visits to scope out-of-home advertising opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining excellent rapport with 3rd party vendors
  • Developing media campaigns that can attract consumers at the top of the marketing funnel and drive them to the point-of-purchase
  • Develop creative and storytelling for ads, including opportunities to develop commercial concepts and be on-set for production
  • Occasional data entry
  • Light copywriting
  • Monitoring spend and budget
  • Contract negotiating
  • Coding invoices
  • Developing pre and post-campaign reports for Marketing and Sales team and assessing ROI
  • Implement A/B ad testing and assess results


  • Minimum 4 years in marketing, ideally in media buying, planning, and/or strategy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – this position requires you to develop relationships with many media partners
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Extremely organized and able to juggle multiple projects
  • Able to self-prioritize projects but still ensure timely completion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Able to hold accountability
  • Proactiveness – will see projects through to completion
