The Riboli Family is the proud producer of award-winning Wines including Stella Rosa, San Simeon, Maddalena, Opaque and we are looking for a Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team in Los Angeles, CA.

Overview:

The focus of this role is to identify, assess, and bring top talent to Riboli Family Wines. The Recruiter will be responsible for guiding managers and candidates through the selection process and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing recruitment efforts – including job postings, phone screenings, candidate summaries, and coordinating interviews for hiring managers
    Strong ability to positively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders in the organization
    Strong ability to conduct needs assessment and provide input on candidate selection
    Managing recruitment efforts – including job postings, phone screenings, candidate summaries, and coordinating interviews for hiring managers
    Oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
    Generating official internal documents including and not limited to offer letters, travel, promo, and transfers.
    Work with the hiring managers to create and update job descriptions
    Identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
    Conduct new hire check-ins and onboarding
    Maintaining physical and digital files for employees
    Recruits, maintains, and onboard temporary staff and agencies
    Partner with our HR team members to provide general HR support when needed or depending on business needs
    Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
    Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Experience Required/Preferred:

  • 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
    Experienced level of knowledge in high-volume recruiting
    Main well-developed network and/or the skills to build the network quickly and comprehensively through creative sourcing strategies
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Strong computer skills
    Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
    Recruitment experience within the beverage or hospitality industry preferred
