Staff Accountant

San Antonio Winery Riboli Vineyards & Restaurant a proud producer of award-winning Wines including Stella Rosa, San Simeon, Maddalena, Opaque. We are looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team at our location in Los Angeles, CA.

Job Description:

Winery

• Bank Reconciliation
  Standard month end Journal Entry posting
  Balance sheet accounts reconciliation
  Prepare schedule to backup reconciliation
  Organizing and filing back up documents for auditing purposes

Real Estate

• Prepare QB (QuickBooks online) journal entries for consolidation of properties management monthly financial report
  Handle AP duty such as categorizing invoices and preparing payment.
  Real Estate project reconciliation
  Organizing and filing back up documents for auditing purpose

Requirements:

• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and record keeping procedures (GAAP)
  Strong Organizing Skills
  Time Management
  Proficiency in excel
  Critical thinking and ability to work independently
  Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail
  Collaboration and able to work within a team environment
  Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
  Ability to multitask and prioritize numerous projects while maintaining attention to detail
  Effective verbal and written communication skills
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  Qualifications:
  Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  1-2 years of inventory accounting expense (Preferred)
  Understand the concept of database and query function
