This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Trade Marketing Director to support all the trade and shopper marketing initiatives for one of the top wine portfolios in America, including Stella Rosa®. This job offer provides a chance to work in a collaborative and creative, fast-paced marketing environment while being a key player in developing programs and strategies to support wine volume growth and wine sales with the development of our national marketing strategies to support our local and national sales teams, distributors, and retail partners.


  • Enterprise-level coupon tactic planning and execution, inclusive of:
    Mail-in rebates (In-store neckers) – ideation, offer code creation
    Instant Redeemable Coupons (In-store neckers) – ideation, offer code, and GS1 Databar creation
    Digital Loyalty Card Promotions (Albertsons J4U, Meijer mPerks, Kroger) – ideation and offer portal creation (Inmar, Neptune, Quotient)
    Cash Back Rebates (iBotta, Venmo, Paypal) – ideation and offer portal creation (Inmar, Quotient)
    Developing national trade and shopper marketing strategies and promotions/incentive programs that coincide with our marketing initiatives, both on-sale and off-premise
    Developing data-driven marketing strategies and presentations with our national chain sales force that align with product growth initiatives and best practices
    Managing enterprise-level budgets for coupons, rebates, in-store display tactics (i.e. Vestcom and Neptune), e-tailer, and product experience platforms
    Working with the Trade Marketing Director and Media Director on shopper marketing and trade strategies specific to seasonal brand co-ops to ensure velocity, trial, and conversion
    Co-Op Coupon Planning and Digital Loyalty Card Promotion
    Co-Op Neptune shelf blades
    Distributor Incentive Programs for Co-Op Sales (iHeart Media)
    Help guide E-tailer marketing content strategy with the Sales Director of E-Commerce and Trade Marketing Assistant, inclusive of:
    Online e-tailer content (Salsify, Drizly, Instacart, GoPuff)
    Integrated E-commerce content with A/B creative testing (MikMak, TalkShopLive)
    Managing and maintaining our trade marketing website corporate-facing digital assets
    Managing, maintaining, and systematically executing programs to maximize the use of marketing print/point-of-sale materials in the market with our sales force
    Proofing and editing all trade marketing items with our internal creative department
    Assist with internal and external stakeholders to package selling tools to support brand education and growth, inclusive of Sell sheets, Tech Notes, New Item Presentations/One-Pagers, Brand Decks


  • Must be over 21 years of age
    2+ years of experience in marketing, direct sales, and/or communications
    Basic knowledge of national chains – who and where they are
    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
    1+ years of experience with pricing promotional tactics – TPRs, coupons, loyalty card promotions
    1+ years of experience with in-store trade marketing – shelf blades, shelf strips, floor talks
    You are constantly curious, considering every project with both an analytical and creative approach from the mindset of the person we are targeting
    Highly analytical – using data with industry knowledge to build marketing strategies
    Working knowledge of panel data
    Ability to multitask and pivot quickly while working in a fast-paced environment
    Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
    Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
