We’re excited about our new winery facility in Paso Robles, which offers premium wines crafted under sustainable techniques that conserve energy and water while reducing waste. Always at the forefront of innovation, this new energy-efficient winery will serve as the marquee premier production facility for Riboli Family Wine Estates.
This state-of-the-art facility features both closed and open-topped tanks. The cellar area can be divided into four spaces, where barrels can ferment and be stored at varying temperatures, depending on the vintage and varietal. With technologically advanced temperature controls, the cellar’s cooling system can shut off during Paso Robles’ famously frigid overnight temperatures.
To conserve water, the winery is air-cooled. Storm and wastewater is reclaimed for onsite irrigation needs using a membrane bio-reactor.
